I haven't had a chance to listen to the CC again but I just read this by Imperial Whazoo (hope you don't mind IW)

Lookit.... in the CC we got this tidbit: Waste Management is prepared to immediately begin the required site audit (EPA required on industrial sites of a certain size, according to the CC).

Anyone know this requirement was in the mix and that this hurdle existed prior to the CC? Anyone of you guys who have been calling for all this speed have even the must rudamentary inkling that there were EPA required site audits needed on industrial sites of a certain size and/or kind? Anyone?

That's the part that made me think you were correct about some of the activities that have to occur before the product can be sold. You didn't mention the word Audit but I'm thinking it is more along the lines of semantics. However, is this what you were talking about in regards to the process of getting up and going for something like P2O?
