THE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY WERE SELLING SOME SHARES THE SAME DAY THE SIGNED THE R/S. Way before the rest of us knew anything about the R/S.
THE OFFICERS DIDN'T REPORT THE SELLING IS SOME CASES 6 MONTHS AFTER THE FACT. THE SEC REQUIRES A PERSON TO FILE NO LATER THEN 2 DAYS AFTER THE SHARES ARE SOLD.
SEVERAL INVESTORS HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH THE SEC CONCERNING THIS
This is purely MY OPINION but I am very optomistic about the future of the company.
First thing that makes me believe that 2011 will be a good year for Eternal Image is the fact that they have an agreement with Matthews International where Matthews will be buying 2000 Vatican Observatory Foundation caskets and other products of the same license. Matthews has already launched the Star Trek urns to place this LOU into motion.
Secondly is the fact that they have the Vatican License agreement itself. With this license the company has started a new division of candles and prayerbooks that can be placed in retailers world wide. They have hired a person with a great amount of experience in the gift industry who ran a 30 million dollar company. Also from this license agreement the company is entering the columbaria business and have an agreement with an industry leader in this field.
I see that you have already been informed of the Form 4 sales by the officers of the company that were not reported in a timely fashion. You have also been advised of the pending stock split. You have also been advised to do your own DD and make your own decision as to whether or not to purchase this stock.
