I don't know about that....
I am a patient man. I know the game is not over. I also expect that if the court grants a motion on the stipulation that both parties can end the litigation within 90 days (which is what both parties asked for)then there damn well better have been some negoitiating going on, and if there is not an agreement, then I want to know about it, the day that this Stay expires IF that is what the law requires. We will know something soon enough...
This should be TMobiles ONLY chance,regardless of what is going on in the State case. If they didn't take it, so be it. Lets have our day in court. Time out was called and TMobile was given the Two Minute Warning. Blow the whistle and lets get the clock started. This will be one for the record books.

well, 90 days, in the world of stays, that might be long? hence a "good thing", that its over w/ possibly zip, not a great thing but might be good, the justification, the original complaint, the pleadings, all sound good to me, nothing has changed there

people do want info however and if they don't get it quickly some will say that is not a good thing to be sure
