No offense taken. I agree there are no signs of a fake here, and of course whatever happens to our shares will happen to the 50m/200 = 250,000 Graff divi shares that KH will have received, so I'm sure the CEO of the company will do whatever he can to make sure they are useable, unrestricted on IPO, and tradeable at as profitable a price as possible. I always feel better when management's money is at stake. :)

Anyways, I guess it's time to follow through with the conversion process all the way soon. Still haven't heard of anyone saying they have successfully completed the process yet; I assume when that occurrs, folks will post their experience.

I agree, having the shares actually show up in peoples account is way beyond running a simple scam on people.. It involved the filing of documents thru the federal government.

If you attempt to make the dividend (IPO)happen and nothing happens because of forces outside of your control, then fine. If you don't try to make the dividend(IPO) happen because you were trying to run a scam on people, then, you had better watch your legal back..

I am going with the first one...:)
