I can understand totally, why do you think I'm trading in the pennies...it's all I can afford too.It's each individuals choice to make the best and most comfortable decision for themselves, but personally from over the years, I have seen them (CGFIA) take a POS run down mill, rehab it and just miss opening it from a spitting distance. Me personally, THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL THAT I'M SELLING. But you must do what is right for your finances and your family. Best of luck friend, I know it's a tough decision...all of us that have been here so long have seen it drop, but have also seen the VAST amount of work that has been completed this year. I would stay pat, but that's just my opinion, sir.
