While I fully agree with you on the S1 coming VERY SOON,
I have a funny feeling there will be another 13 D with
some interesting changes on it.

Such as new beneficial owners which ought to send BMB to the bar for a few days.

I am looking at something else to see how things were disclosed and the timing of it in a different stock similar to this that ended up as a JV..
