Chuck, Are there any opposing motions in play?

I read up on the last few weeks this morning and see the case is going quite favorably for the ESHC.

What is the status on opposition to the recent filings? I am not seeing any motions from the opposing parties.

Am I missing some of the filings and/or are secured lendors now supporting the ESHC vision/direction for the company?
