It was too much for them to handle. They had to dilute for a reason and I am sure it's the start up costs to have a submarine in their repetoire. Now that they have no means to make any money by selling stock, how will they pay their creditors? They can't. They either find a way to renew the faith of the shareholders to buy more shares, do a reverse split so they can sell again, or just file for bankruptcy. Am I off base? Maybe it's just the anger typing!
