I don't think that making accusations are a good idea, nothing good will come of it and I remember reading something about 2013 being the target for any activity. This was something I accepted when I purchased shares.

Too many times the uninitiated let their personal financial woes dictate emotions causing more problems, without taking consideration for what might actually be happening.

I suggest to wait it out.
