It's fine as long he's selling at the ask. Once CE removal is confirmed, these shares will be gone quickly. But does he know the effect of CE removal on stock price? Maybe he doesn't or care to think.
lionheart & tj are converting. there's no telling how much they have left and/or if tj's cheapest shares are even out.
i don't know if these vcs have their own traders but i doubt that. the easiest way would be to sell to a market maker, like vert, well known dumping machine, and walk away.
my guess would be lionheart sold for 5-6 making an immediate 100% profit. now it's up to vert (and probably nite). 9 represents an all important 50% point so no wonder we see such a wall here.
and yet these 9s are a steal. the stock is bound to get through teens and eventually fly.
