There are 8 classes ranked by Pinksheet:

OTCQX (Highest ranking)
OTCQB
OTCBB
Pinksheets Current
Pinksheets Limited (PRMO is at this level, Yield Sign)
Pinksheets No Information (Stop sign)
Upgrade Your OTC Tiers (Grey)
Caveat Emptor (Skeleton,PRMO was at this level about 1.5 years ago.)
