I already had fbi and atf knock on my door when I purchased my hunting rifle..they were checking up to see if the information matched the address...and let me tell you,,they are very intimidating.

Not likely that someone is watching... It's more likely that MS makes crappy systems. (Though Win 7 is their best crappy system yet)

If someone is in your system, there is no antivirus or malware scanner that will keep them out. About the only thing to do is routinely change your operating system... Keep everything you have on a separate encrypted partition.
