I think the point here is that documentation and permissions for nuclear power plant, radiation, is a bit more complicated than JBI. It would have a lot more of an impact on the environment than a small factory, such comparisons are asinine.

You don't have any form of proof one way or the other about your claims. We were both speculating about the EA. My only issue with you is that you seem to think that I and others should treat your speculation as a fact. I can't and won't. Save your arguments until after the CC, should sort out a lot of things.

Sounds like over regulation by the government.

"Unless someone asks, the DEC will not tell."

So the DEC is not really out to protect the environment but to generate revenue ans hamper industry.
