thanks, so tell me if I missed anything, the record date is Dec. 31? but, what is this deal with the new warrant being available at $1.00, I thought it was originally .50 cents, am I wrong. Also, what is the space before and after 2011 emphasizing, is the dividend distribution date?

I am excited about today's development. IMO, the filing was with the SEC, and not with FINRA.

FINRA news should be forthcoming, and will clearly spell out all the dates. I think we can be certain that 12/31/2010 is the date of record. The company said they (or us) will pick up the cost of notification to shareholders of record.
