WE, Calypso and its shareholders, don't NEED to settle. Most are content to let the JURY decide. Daic and his cronies NEED to settle, IMO, before this goes much further. They may also NEED to find someone willing to represent them in Criminal court if they don't back off. IMO. Let the chips fall where they may.
Lets go the distance if needed.
