You have no viable grounds to make such a statement. I already told you who is selling and why. Either take advantage or sell and move on, really up to you. A fund closing down and having to sell out their position by year end is not the CEO's fault or the companies for that matter. Let them out since they don't care about the price, the fund essentially blew up and is monetizing all of its positions in a handful of stocks from what I hear.
