with the preferred shares having 350 votes per 1 - company could not dilute more than 350 mil without loosing controling interest.

I understand that those that bought in the .03 and .04's are negative currently; but if looking at the PPS and liquidity since the beginning of November, its in a much better place. I am holding to see what happens, but it seems to me this a far better play than some of the sub-pennies that fly and then completely dry up?

Another thought on the Dec 1 date that was used. I would guess thats because they have done the acct for November whereas Dec is still open. A fairly normal thing to do. Just my 2 cents.
