The so called "Food Safety" bill appears to have been designed and will be administered by Monsanto. In a glance it appears to me to be more regulations and regulators in a dying country, dying from over regulation. The government now has the ability to stifle new competition to the Monsanto's of the world, geez, we are doomed and so is real unaltered food.
