My thought was the 8k had to be filed withing 4 days after the 10k (or by Wednesday).

They were pink before the 10q release so probably not a big deal being late with that. It could be the 10q was complete long before they released it but maybe delayed it because they still had more work to do on the 8k. Why release the 10q on time if they knew it may be weeks before they could get the 8k out. I think they know what they are doing and timed it so they could have the 8k out within 4 days after the 10q. Just a thought.
