The future for this company looks brighter than at any other time of its existence, and it has been around for more than 10 years.
All the steps and dealings that are being undertaken by EMAX are inline with their business model so far and as soon as all their licensed content is in digital form and is made public pps will change drastically, current pps levels are reflections of market sentiment induced by a network of players with specific goals.

IF THERE WERE CLEAR SIGNS OF LEGAL WRONGDOING (AS INSISTED BY THE FEW) THE COMPANY'S TRADING WOULD HAVE BEEN HALTED YEARS AGO. ON THE CONTRARY THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED!!!
