Man, I have a sell order in at much higher levels, and I'm actually in the green now(avg .000325), but this thing definately has a decent run it it and I'm gonna be there for it.

When it does run it's gonna thunder with over a billion shares traded,,,,IMHO

I don't think the timing matters. Either he closes the deal and the stock climbs much higher over days or weeks or he does not and we wallow at the lows. Some communication has to happen though. He can't leave us hanging.
