This a long play, Yes that is still their target so that someday they may go up higher.

They just hired the auditors in Jan.

They must get 5 yrs of records together then, ship them to them, then auditors have to go over every number, then put in the right forms for each time frame (day, month, yr) ie; 10Qs, 8K, forms 3, 4, 5, any SB-2s, etc.

Then they will sumit then to the SEC
Who will go over each filing
Then if the SEC has any ?s they will send those back
For the Auditors to answer who then send back to the SEC who will then reveiw those again and if no ?s

Then all these forms have to be filed and made public

Then they can ask to be accepted to the OTC/BB

There are a lot of steps to get there.

I am looking for things to start looking different on Pinksheets with them posting some disclosure there this week.

This is a development Company that has to take several steps to get to the level they want.
