Well I guess we will all find out soon enough what the out come will be. Either we settle or we continue the fight and go to a civil trial.
My thought though if the Daic parties did all of the shady things that Calypso is saying that they did. then why are we not filing for criminal charges as well. Or at least threaten them and tell them if they don't settle we are going to ask uncle Sam to look into this for Federal charges, stock manipulation or what ever they could charge them for. Forgery,fraud, wire fraud, money laundering, there seems like there is a whole list of charges that could be brought up.
Its time to start playing Hard Ball Here... Also why are we not getting a court order stopping all wireless company's who are so called infringing on the ASNAP patent to halt on any new technology that is including the ASNAP patent from coming out.
Wouldn't that pretty much PISS off T-mobile and make them want to settle ..
Just a thought. But I'm no attorney..
I want to see 3.00 out of this and then you will not hear anything else from me on this. Then we can move on to the next big thing....LOL
