The fact of the matter is (IMO) their Santa Ana office is closed, BEHL has no money, vendors and employees are owed, the IRS is owed over $40K (which is very serious), DVJ appears to be getting finished by their client. There has been alot of finger pointing this past week. Dennis has been silent. All employees have resigned, including Board member Nancy Fisher. BEHL has a .000001% chance of success at this point. (IMO). If there was wrong doing by anyone, the court of law will decide.
