The most critical business at hand is dealing with those who have been manipulating this stock so that we can get back to trading.

Yup, the SEC took care of that and suspended SAEI's trading because of their manipulation to defraud people of their money.

The truth hurts sometimes.

Shareholders have been intimidated and are terrified by faceless individuals who have wielded such influence barren of liability for so long

.

For once I agree with you. The faceless and nameless cons behind the SAEI debacle will be revealed soon enough!

The little guys at Supatcha are standing up for all of our rights.

they have stolen your money and probably have also gotten away with it.

I am ever so proud to be associated with this little David of a company, patting him on the back as he bravely strides forth to slay the Giant.

WOW!
So the fact that they have told nothing but lies, have no assets and no income, means nothing to you?

SAEI.OB I find all the interest in a Conference Call, that did not occur, to be rather senseless.

Wasnt that the last salvation that "true longs" were holding on to? If they did nothing wrong, why not continue with the CC?

The most critical business at hand is dealing with those who have been manipulating this stock

You mean the crooks at SAEI?

Shareholders have been intimidated and are terrified by faceless individuals who have wielded such influence barren of liability for so long.

The only "faceless" individuals are those running this sham.

The little guys at Supatcha are standing up for all of our rights......I am ever so proud to be associated with this little David of a company, patting him on the back as he bravely strides forth to slay the Giant.

Ok...now your going wayyyyyy overboard and making this much bigger than it really is. Its simply a scam penny stock..they're a dime a dozen.

How ironic that a little company exploring in the Ukraine, should represent so well what this country needs so badly to restore confidence in our markets.

Good Lord, that's more than enough to make me gag!

When you can spare some time from your flowery compositions and deep ruminations about a thinly-veiled suggestion of collusion between the SEC and short sellers, perhaps you can address the fact that the buildings in the photos falsely purporting to be of Supatcha's "mines" (photos that you seem to take credit for) are in one case completely outside of the mineral license boundaries (Vynohradiv) and in the other case bisected by the Barlevskoye property boundaries.

All the best.

The little guys at Supatcha are standing up for all of our rights.

And who would they be, if you don't mind?

Now they are trying to dispel the popular myth that all startups are run by crooks...

They're not doing a very good job of that, are they? We've had nothing from them but empty threats and ridiculous (plagiarized) accusations.

I am ever so proud to be associated with this little David of a company, patting him on the back as he bravely strides forth to slay the Giant.

And who would the giant be? The SEC?

Do you follow L2-bid/ask? Did you observe the flow of MMs selling? Did you notice one MM constantly selling? Trying to eeek out every last dime, errr cent, err 10th, errr hundreth? Seldom and only on the bid side momentaraly as the price plummeted? This need not occour and seldom does with any fundementals behind a 1.75 dollar offer. I was open to possibilities positive but constant selling into the fall from grace is never good, and questions how believeable a story is. It's not a fault living in hope, but waiting to see if things will improve in a loosing situation is stubbornness, not hope.

IMHNO I think the SEC believes that was SAEI and or people directly involved with SAEI ... just sayin' :-)

It will "trade" again... on da GREY sheets after the 10 trading day suspension set by the SEC.

And see the chart below? watch where it opens that day... won't be pretty and it will not be from some kind of manipulation... it will just be what happens to a stock once suspended by the SEC.
