If SYNJ ceases to exist then the shell would reverse merge into a brand new company. We would still hold all our shares barring a reverse merger by the new company. Hopefully the buyer of the shell states that they are a new gold company sitting on a huge mine. Don't matter if it's a scam or not. The stock flies to .01 we make our money and bail out leaving a whole new breed of bagholders!!! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
