Whoa whoa bro...I never said that management of dtsl are straightforward honest saints. I agree they are lying bastards and they eliminate any possible transparency for investors. But why would they report revenues, share structure, etc. in a press release...what company does that, that's what quarterlys are for. As far as not communicating with share holders, I'd be annoyed and turning people away to, especially with all the calls they get from investors harassing them. They are raising capital for some reason, maybe its to line their pockets, who knows it's all speculation. Maybe its to land big deals and continue one with business. Don't forget this is a start up business just now reaching the revenue stage. Have some patience and you will see the structure and revenues and such.
