I am happy with the developments that are happening right now and the fact that they managed to open up at least some sort of an e-store before Christmas. I'm confident that progress is being made and the CEO will start addressing issues of the past more aggressively. I never stated to have any specials means of communication to the company, I'm using the same means that are available to you and everyone else.
