He posts on the CGS board sometimes and I sent him a PM asking where he heard that CCME had a bad credit rating.. That's the first I've heard of that, and I've been following this stock since before the SPAC came through. It sure doesn't seem likely, considering there 200M in the bank with zero debt and Deloitte audited financials..

I don't believe he meant this article to be net negative, but anytime you throw a headline out like that, it automatically slants the article in the readers view..so I think it was a poor choice of titles..

I actually really like the article and the red flags Maj pointed to are all worth considering when doing DD about a potential investment.

The full article found here has suggestions a company can make and all companies in this space would do well to read the list over and make some changes. Thus far, CCME is ahead of the pack into making the right changes and continues to separate itself from the pack.
