I think this time could be different. We never had dilution or the possibility of additional shares being sold at anytime to further increase the O/S and our bank balance sheet is much much lower. Personally, I think those that are counting on the same o sam o trading patterns are in for a rude awakening because the fundamentals have changed with this shelf registration.
