#86279 RE: boommer #86278

Well, I have to say...I thought we were all done with the Reverse Split talk, but, since not - allow me to make my peace here...

Reverse Splits are 99% BAD! I have had somewhere around 3-5 pink sheet stock companies who have done Reverse Splits and I have lost a good amount on each of those companies!

If I have 5 million shares and a reverse split were to occur with ENTI to a 1:50 or whatever, that means my 5 million would be 100,000 shares. Even at a value of 0.05 that would be $5,000.00 where-as with OUT the R/S, I could have had $50,000.00 Pending of course what I ORIGINALLY paid for my 5 million shares, that 5 thousand could end up being a HUGE loss!!!

So, NO, I do NOT agree with any form of a R/S occuring! Move ENTI up to around $0.10 a share FIRST with OUT a R/S, THEN we can talk about a Reverse Split to the NASDAQ if they want :)

At least give share-holders a chance to make some serious money WITH ENTI while still holding plenty of shares after shareholders sell to make some money PRIOR to any Reverse Split!

I say, bring ENTI up to $0.10 - $0.50 FIRST FIRST FIRST FIRST FIRST FIRST FIRST and THEN bring ENTI to a Reverse Split IF needs be.
