NO COMPANY, NO COMPANY NO COMPANY,
whether in the Pinks, OTCBB, Nasdaq, AMEX, DOW, etc informs it's shareholders of all of the board of directors discussions and business developments.
In fact, the SEC calls that insider trading.
I disagree with your premise that ENTI is not providing adequate information to it's shareholders.
If you are going to point to the fact that the share structure is gagged, you can refer to my prior posts along this topic for my position on this.

Now I have a Christmas Program today in which I am in charge of the music arrangements to conduct.
