As you can see, it would be a far discount even if a bid was made to buyout APXR for $1, $2, or $3 per share compared to the $1,278,475,590.00 value of the percentage owned by APXR.



Interesting, can you define what any bidders profits will be on this well? Since cost to purchase comes out of profits, what exactly is the profit margin on a fully up and functioning well? If PM is 25% it would be $300 Million so tell me again why they would buy undeveloped land - up front - for 50% or more of potential profits?

Why put up $175M, $350M, or heaven forbid $525M to acquire as little as $300 Million in profits over the next 50 years. Feel free to cite examples.
