I don't know about the short squeeze theory being tossed around here, I haven't read those posts, but it would make sense that shorts bought their naked shares which in turn knocked down the PPS as they profited from that drop. They're not going to make any money when the direction of this stock heads up, hence the covering of shorts. If the MMs have covered their shorts, it's a bullish sign.
