One would think if this guy Uram actually owns that many shares then he would be actively seeking a suitor? mes oui?

As I do more DD regarding this "shell game" it seems like there are many avenues to utilize to actively seek a quality suitor.

Complacency is not an option in business.

We don't know he hasn't been a reason why CPV is interested. The thing is if Uram is involved with any deal he cannot say he is. It called non disclosure agreement people sign an NDA. So even when people ask him we won't tell anyone the truth of anything he has to do with any deal.
