Thanks for that info M, I hope you have nothing but success in the future, and have the opportunity to recoup any monetary losses you and other employees suffered.

The silence from Behl has been deafening, thanks for the post.

Thank you for your honest truth. BEHL had a great product and opportunity. As for the other details of the story, it will soon become public record for all to see.

Monique. Thank you for the truth. This must have been a terrible period for you. Your only fault, if we can even call it that, was trusting that lowlife who continues to spew out lies. Good luck!

Thank you Monique for your honesty and sincerity in your post and the fact that you have even done it. My respect for you has greatly increased and again apologize publicly for any and all rudeness or bad thoughts toward you that I've shown in the past. Believe me when I say it was due to the actions of DF (whoever or whatever he is) and his cohorts and the impression that was causing BEHL to show, creating a very negative portrayal. At least to an outsider.

Thank you again and hope to hear more from you if you decide you want or have the need. Please feel free with your openness and integrity. I wish you luck and hope your future and others beside you are much better than the recent past. I believe it will be.

Monique,

My sincere condolences for you having to go through all that.

Like you, many many people have been taken advantage of. I myself have suffered a personal loss of 22K. I don't expect to get any of that back but it would be wonderful for myself and all the other shareholders that have lost money here if any of it could be retrieved.

If anyone has any information on what could be done to help current and previous shareholders that would be great.

Thank you for presenting a vivid picture into the last days of the work environment at BEHL. Also thank you for making a statement to shareholders here and interested parties by presenting your facts. If you have not heard some of us here are also under attack from Dennis and friends, all though I really do not think they are that stupid to try a civil case, some will be learning a hard lesson in life if they do so.

As I re-read Monique's post tonight, two sentences stood out the most to me:

"I was questioned and asked a multitude of disturbing questions about Dennis Fisher by government officials. I performed some due diligence to confirm the information provided to me........Shareholders will learn and will be informed as to the truth and what has transpired with the company through legal channels very soon."

I think there is more to the mass exit of employees last week then just back pay alone...(in my opinion). It will be very interesting what truth comes out to the public in the near future.

This is just a whole lot more BS. Berry was President and CEO. Fisher was running everything but every officer and director had a responsibility to the shareholders. It is so obvious that they were only concerned with lining their own pockets.

Before anyone feels sorry for officers or directors "Not Getting Paid", check into what they took out of the company in salary, bonus and stock options prior to that time.

In my opinion, Dennis Fisher is a snake, cheat, liar, crook and just about any other nasty characterization that anyone could come up with. The only green thing that was ever in abundance at BEHL was the vast amount of pot that he smoked and spread around.

If you follow the comings and goings of key personel over the past year of so, the ones that didn't stay long, probably saw what was going on and either left or were forced out. The ones that climbed the corporate ladder and stayed any length of time are just as guilty and responmsible as Fisher.

What ever is going to happen in the near future, these people deserve to spend a lot of time in jail and lose everything they have taken from share holders.

It couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of people.
