You have no link and the SEC has not charged Monk or told some other department to charge or fine him.

So, why is he in hiding and no longer posting on the Hub? I would think his attorneys have told him to shut up.

Only a matter of time before charges are filed. Monk could always cop a plea. That would be the smart way to proceed given the amount of evidence out there.

Monks rules of trading = pump and dump = front load it = dump it to bag holders = faithful den members.

You folks keep talking about a dump. Yet NO ONE has been able to prove that dump.

No one, evidently, has been able to prove it to your satisfaction. I find that puzzling. A chart shows it very clearly indeed. Plenty of "family" members sold. Some posted about doing so; others didn't.

I have no doubt that the SEC will eventually produce information about Monk's own trades.
