we were told there were expectations of 100M shares coming back to the company through debt settlement negotiations, that were taking place with creditors:

It very well may be, at least some of those expectations have been fulfilled.

Also, because of the recent advance, in the price of oil, (some have estimated oil will be above $100 a barrel in 2011) Mr Rainbolt, CoreStream's CEO, may have found new financing through one of his financial contacts.
