I agree. In fact, one of the emails that was posted was done so by me.
His reasoning for the dilution -- VizualMobile. I find no reason at this point to doubt that is what it is for. If it is in fact for VM, then i think it is the right thing to do -- albeit, I suggested he do it in a much more controlled fashion in the future.
If 1Q 2011 comes and goes and we still are not seeing any significant progress (launch, contracts, revenues, etc), then I would be worried. Right now, I am cautiously optimistic.
For me, the issue is not the dilution per se. It is the method in which it is done that gets under my skin. I am a realist. I know that as a Pink he has to enter into these kind of financing deals in order to grow the business. If done openly and honestly, it can actually be quite a positive for the company/stock/shareholders.
However, if it is perceived to have been done in a 'back-alley' sort of way by the shareholders, then he could have all of the greatest reasons and intentions in the world to do it, but it will still be taken badly by the general shareholder.
As for "talking it down to .0001" -- I agree with you. That is pretty much all due to the dilution and has nothing to do with a handfull of posters on a chat board. I would also state though, that if the "handfull" become the only voice on this board, then it will be more difficult for the stock to recover if the situation presents itself (through good news, share structure reduction, etc). Simply put, far too many investors that frequent this website do absolutely NO DD on their own -- they rely SOLELY on what they see posted on here by the "self-appointed experts".
That was my point about how people on here say they are "invested", and yet they spend all day for months on here trashing the stock -- they aren't the cause for it going down as fast as it did, but they sure as hell aren't helping it come back up any either.
