If one of the MMs was naked selling (50 mil shares), and the cusip is candged the MM has to come up with all thoes shares right then. They know when its going to change, so they go out and buy all the shares they need, and may make for a short squeeze. If no one is selling, the price goes up. He must cover those shares. Also the TA is gagged, we dont know how many shares are floating out there. It says 300 mill float, but we could have only 100 mil out there. Then again we could have 1 bil float now. With the change we will get updated.
