Corporate counsel says updates pending...on MXMI , call Jim Grady. He has LOTS going on and the stock is very thin

these were 2 seperate statements, 1) I spoke to corp counsel (gdsm's)who said updates pending....2) ON MXMI,call Jim Grady

as far as seeing what he has going on, I encourage you to call him and check out all of the company's web properties. I did and was very impressed.

as far as the dividend, although it is not Jim Grady or MXMI's job or obligation to free up shareholders stock, he is working to get an atty to work with the shareholders at a reasonable rate to do the opinions. This is typically the shareholders responsibility to get an atty etc. Remember we got these shares as a dividend from gdsm...not from investing directly in mxmi.
