But there is a major difference between insider trading I.E. the CEO dumps 18 mil shares and some one dumping the 7 mil shares that they received as payment for a loan or an outstanding debt. The later is not insider trading IMO there just liquidating assets for owed capitol.

Does that make any since at all?
