I agree with you, EPIR was a privatly held company with great credibility and Goverment Funding for years. I think Silva even work for the Regan adminastration. What did Smith and Hall ever accomplish? let's see SEC repremands and shady business dealings. They are just great Spin Doctors, nothing more, nothing less.
