Unfortunately-----The powers that be, won't allow me to respond as to how I truly FEEL! What I do know from my many contacts in the golf world is that the adjective some posters like to use, such as "scam" does not fit here! FEEL products are in brick and mortar edifices----more than can be said of the majority of the stocks followed on this venue! Financing FEELS forward thinking endeavours is the reason, at this time, for ongoing conversions. GLTA---FEEL! Some may brand it as dilution---I see it as a well thought out game plan! 2011----Time will tell! GLTA----FEEL! JMO--- Low float---innovative products----award winning designs---the list of positives is endless. I am just a shareholder that believes in my position here---nothing more, nothing less. No agenda here!

Exactly right. Which, IMO, is what all this appeal to institutional investors is all about. FEEL is just trolling for dough. No real institutional investor would go near this.
