They are magical monkeeee shorts invented by a penny stock scam promoter to con noobs out of their money. It is funny how there can be hard documented evidence that they do not exist. Yet people still take the word of a scam promoter who did not even barely know what a stock chart was 2 years ago over the regulatory body of the entire US securities industry. People shorted this stock when it was .40-.70 for sure but have been long, long gone. Anyone who thinks a short is going to stick around after a 95%+ drop is very lacking in knowledge about stock trading.
