I really respect you rainmaker (been an avid reader/ learner from your posts throughout the years on here). but that doesn't make sense to me (yes im slow sometimes). but wasn't that $1 sale contigent of the 3m debt relief received by the old CEO? not because some new guy (stan) wanted a shell for $1?
