Arne is methodically releasing news once a week. Obviously, best yet to come. Very hard to nail down when big volume shows up. It's the volume that brings the fish. Been very methodical here. Don't know about predicting BB status but he's working on it and that's an ace in the hole here.

Getting back to OTCBB From my estimates, number of reports to be back-filed is:

10K (Annual Report): 3
10Q (Quarterly Report): 9

It's hard to get a handle on how many 8K's need to be re-filed, but events that trigger an 8K filing are below. The last 8K filed by Ariel Way was on May 28, 2008, and there were on average filing an 8K every three months before they delisted. Therefore going on past average time frequency for AWYI filing 8K's, they only have to re-file 9. If they have been really busy working / growing the company while being on the pinks, then there will be more 8K's to file, but actually a good thing for us all investors.
