crow, your 100 proof logic has been shown to be wrong:

You said cdex would never be registered with the sec.

You said cdex would never sell a product.

You said shareholders of Loch would NEVER get their cdex shares.

You have been repeatedly proven wrong over the years, yet you just move to another negative position and start the same drum beat of negativism. I would say where is your pride, but it is obvious, you have none.
