Anybody who thinks Calypso and TMobile have settled and will announce it next week is kidding themselves in my opinion. If you did not already have a position, I think you would agree it's unlikely given that they've had 3 months to settle. Your position clouds your judgement. I sold half my position as a hedge. I feel much better about it now. I'd recommend others do the same becuase when it becomes apparent that no settlement was reached, we can buy back at much lower prices and reduce our cost basis. If I'm wrong and they have settled, I still make money. Why go all in on something this unlikely?

well put, i think it is time to let personal feelings go and work for the good of the shareholders. Trust me, most of us have been in this thing alot longer than any of the BOD and know what has happened. However we also know the only way we can all make money is to reach a settlement with him and move the company forward which is what everyone should want.
