I do believe the point is that the company has failed to even make a statement in a much broader communication that will be seen by all shareholders, I.E. a Press Release. Further it would be best that the company makes a statement vice getting all of this supposed information through a filtered source that is biased and has no problem of painting a pretty picture out of everything. Something from the company that is written to detail what is going on, other wise it is the typical, localized issue that is only known by less than 5% of shareholders, like the share structure for example.

Thats easy just truth, honesty and transparancy. Would be a shame if the only eulogy Behl gets is that little blurb tacked onto their web site.
